Job summary

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a Full Time RN or LPN to provide direct resident care in a team-focused retirement community. The position covers 32 hours per week with a 3pm–11pm shift and includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or Diploma.
• RN or LPN licensure in New Hampshire.
• CPR certification required; CEUs annually.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care per facility policies and NH Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to formulate and update resident care plans; participates in care plan meetings.
• Administers medications and treatments following professional guidelines; documents care.
• Provides leadership and direction for direct caregivers; assigns and monitors workload.
• Fosters positive relationships with residents and families to support open communication.
