RiverWoods Manchester is seeking a Full Time RN/LPN to provide direct resident care in a supportive, team-focused environment where residents come first. This 32-hour-a-week position offers competitive pay starting at $39.50 per hour plus shift differential, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and generous benefits.

Responsibilities include collaborative care planning, medication administration, and ensuring high standards of safety and documentation in accordance with NH Nurse Practice Act and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited program.
• Must hold a NH RN/LPN license; CPR required; CEUs annually.

Responsibilities

• Performs professional nursing duties according to facility policies and state nursing practice act.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to update and implement resident care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments per policy; maintains accurate documentation.
