Job summary

Bay Breeze Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our faith-based facility in Florida. The role offers top pay, comprehensive benefits, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for all 3p-11p shifts.

The successful candidate will supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT, complete timely assessments, and support physician rounds and documentation. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure initial baseline and periodic comprehensive assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation.
• Initiate consultations or referrals based on resident needs.
• Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and facility policy.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

What You Will Do

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

What You Must Have

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
