Miramar Beach Rehabilitation in Miramar Beach, FL is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to join our faith-based facility. This role delivers medications, supervises Medication Aids, and oversees resident care to ensure safety and comfort.

You will monitor patient conditions, document clearly, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team and families. We offer top pay, benefits, daily pay options, and a generous sign-on bonus of $7,500 to welcome you to the team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
