Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience; 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of care for transplant patients in collaboration with patient, family, and multidisciplinary team.
• Assess data and interpret information for age-specific needs and plan accordingly.
• Provide patient and family education on a consistent basis.
• Demonstrate leadership through community involvement, committee work, and quality improvement activities.
