Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Intermediate Care Unit in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time daytime role covers a 36-hour week with shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's or BSN in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois RN license.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collects health data from patient, family and other providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure safe, timely interventions.
• Communicates effectively in person, by phone and in writing.
• Teaches patients and families based on assessments and learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating nursing practice and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.
