Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time position (36 hours/week) offers day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm with every other weekend.

You will provide patient assessment, plan of care, family education, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualified candidates hold an Associate's degree or BSN, have an Illinois RN license, and current CPR certification.

Competenze

• Completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

• Performs patient assessments and collects health data involving patient, family and other providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure safe, timely and appropriate interventions.
• Communicates clearly with patients and team in person, by phone and in writing.
• Educates patients and families based on assessment to meet learning needs.
• Participates in quality improvement to evaluate nursing practice.
• Maintains knowledge of current nursing practice standards and regulations.
