Job summary
Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit (ICU) at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time, 36-hour-per-week role runs days (7:00am–7:30pm) with every other weekend. You will assess patients, coordinate care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active license in Illinois.
- ICU experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and collect health data from patient, family, and care team.
- Coordinate patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe and timely.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues in writing and verbally.
- Provide individualized patient and family teaching based on assessed needs.
- Participate in evaluating nursing practice quality through improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
