Spencer Hospital in Spencer, IA, is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for postoperative and acute care patients. You will collaborate with the nursing team to ensure total patient care, while applying age-appropriate protocols for physical and psychological needs.

Requirements include IA RN license or compact state, BLS/ACLS certification (in-house on hire), and new grads are encouraged to apply via the Nurse Residency Program.

Position Highlights

Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.

This position qualifies for hiring incentives. The amount of incentives offered may be discussed during the interview process.

• 72 hours a pay period. 12 hour shifts. Day/Night. Holidays. Weekends

• The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
