Qualifications
- RN leadership and staff supervision experience.
- Knowledge of venous access and infusion care.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Ability to mentor and develop staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform venous access procedures within RN scope.
- Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust care plans.
- Assess patient conditions and select venous access methods.
- Develop individualized care plans for infusion patients.
- Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
- Monitor and improve unit performance and adherence to standards.
- Lead training programs and mentor staff.
