Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.

• Experience leading a clinical team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring proper technique and patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy; adjust care plans as needed.
• Develop individualized care plans for venous access patients.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes.
• Mentor staff and provide training.
