Job summary

AdventHealth in Winter Garden, Florida, seeks an RN with leadership experience to oversee venous access and infusion therapy on a full-time day shift. The role includes supervising staff, developing care plans, mentoring new nurses, and driving quality improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and at least 1 year in an acute care setting, with strong communication and EHR skills.

Qualifications

Associate's of Nursing is required.
Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
1+ charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
1+ nursing experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise unit staff to deliver patient care.
Monitor performance and conduct appraisals.
Mentor and precept new staff and organize training.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure safety.
Communicate with patients and healthcare teams for coordinated care.
