AdventHealth in Deland, FL is seeking an RN for venous access and infusion therapy. You will perform venous access procedures, administer and monitor infusion therapies, and develop care plans to support patient safety and comfort.

This full-time night shift role requires RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and strong clinical leadership. Eligibility includes related experience in acute care and proficiency with electronic health records.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and focus on safe patient care.
• Relevant certifications in emergency or critical care are beneficial.
• Experience with venous access and infusion therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Assess patients to determine venous access methods and address complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
