Job summary

AdventHealth in Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced RN with leadership responsibilities for the night shift in a full-time capacity. You will supervise nursing staff, perform venous access procedures, and administer infusion therapy within RN scope.

Eligible clinicians may achieve salary increases up to 20% through our Clinical Ladder program, and a $15K sign-on bonus is available. Must hold an RN license and possess strong leadership and patient-education skills.

Qualifications

• RN with active license required.
• 1+ year of charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
• 1+ year of acute care nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust care plans.
• Assess patient conditions to choose venous access methods.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Mentor and evaluate staff; support performance improvement.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure safety/compliance.
• Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare team.
