Job summary

AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an experienced RN leader for a full-time night shift role in venous access and infusion therapy. You will lead a unit, mentor staff, and drive quality improvement while ensuring patient safety and compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• 1+ charge nurse or relevant leadership experience preferred.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN licensure scope with proper technique.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Mentor and precept new staff; provide hands-on training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policies.
