Qualifications

• RN license required
• BSN preferred
• 1+ year charge nurse/leadership preferred
• 1+ year nursing experience in acute care preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapies and adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions to select venous access methods and manage complications.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for venous access and infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and implement improvement plans.
