Job summary

AdventHealth Orlando is seeking an experienced RN leader to oversee venous access and infusion therapy within a busy acute care unit. You will develop care plans, monitor therapy, and ensure patient safety while mentoring staff and driving quality improvements.

The role requires 1+ year of charge nurse or leadership experience in an acute care setting, current RN licensure, and BLS certification. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring patient safety.
Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjust care plans as needed.
Assess patient conditions to determine venous access methods and address complications.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy.
Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
Lead performance improvement initiatives and mentor staff to meet standards.
