ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift in Florence, SC. This role supports safe patient care, supervises nursing staff, and participates in discharge planning. The ideal candidate has current RN license, BLS and ACLS, and at least two years bedside experience. Travel-friendly with benefit options through ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required prior to first shift.
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift (CIRH ONLY).
• Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience is highly desired.

• Identify teaching needs and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide timely patient information for team conferences and ensure accurate documentation of assessments and interventions.
• Participate in the patient rehabilitation program while utilizing the nursing process for direct patient care.
• Initiate discharge planning and patient education from the day of admission.
• Communicate changes in patient status to relevant care providers to support continuity of care.
• Supervise and train ancillary nursing personnel, delegating tasks appropriately.
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Assume charge responsibilities as required.
• Engage in professional development and continuing education opportunities.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for maintaining the delivery of quality care by ensuring that the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees while promoting a safe environment for both patients and staff.
