Select Specialty Hospital in Battle Creek, MI, is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to oversee nursing operations on the night shift. You will supervise resources, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to hospital policies while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Position: House Supervisor- Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts per week 7pm to 7am

Sign-on bonus: $15,000.00
