Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, IN is seeking a House Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift (7pm–7am). The role emphasizes nursing leadership, resource management, and policy adherence while supporting a high-performing care team.

The position includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive orientation, and opportunities for continued education and clinical advancement through company-supported programs.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse license (RN).
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.
