Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, IN is seeking a House Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) to lead night shift operations and deliver exceptional patient care. This full-time role includes career growth through extensive orientation, tuition reimbursement, and clinical ladder opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing resources per shift, fostering a healthy team environment, ensuring policy compliance, and serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure policy and procedures are followed.
• Serving as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to identify and solve patient- and facility-wide needs.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
