Select Specialty Hospital Grand Rapids is a critical illness recovery hospital providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. We are seeking an RN House Supervisor for full-time night shift to lead the team, ensure safety, patient flow and adherence to protocols, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

The role emphasizes compassionate leadership, resource management, and collaboration with interdisciplinary staff to deliver exceptional patient care while supporting staff

Qualifications

• RN license valid in the state where you will practice.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five (5) years of critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during your assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes growth for team and individuals.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
