Qualifications

• Valid State RN license; BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Monitor workplace to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to identify needs and improve operations.
