Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Grand Rapids is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day or night shifts at our Grand Rapids, Michigan location. Hours are 7:00?7:30, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and pay up to $52.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for post‑ICU patients.
• Perform timely and accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Interpret labs, telemetry, and orders to guide patient care.
• Respond to Rapid Response and code events as needed.
• Counsel patients and families on care plans and treatments.

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately

Minimum Qualifications
