Select Medical is seeking an RN House Supervisor (RN) for The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time night shift (7:00p–7:00a) role includes leadership over the unit, resource management, and clinical support for staff and patients within the hospital setting.

The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a path for professional growth with extensive orientation, BSN scholarships, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.

• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
