Job summary

Beatrice Community Hospital seeks an on-call House Supervisor RN to provide leadership across clinical areas and support quality care initiatives.

The role acts as on-site administrator when leadership is unavailable, coordinating with medical and nursing staff to sustain programs that drive patient and provider satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RN with Nebraska or Compact state License.
• Ability to obtain ACLS, PALS, NRP within first year.
• Secure TNCC & ENPC.

Job Duties:

The House Supervisor provides support for all clinical areas. Works closely with medical staff, nursing staff and leadership to implement, and maintain clinical programs that enhance quality of care and achieve a high level of patient and provider satisfaction. Serves as the on-site administrator during periods when administration is not present.

Qualifications:

Associate degree, Diploma Required, Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; RN with Nebraska or Compact state License, and the ability to obtain ACLS, PALS, NRP, within first year of employment secure TNCC, & ENPC.

Shift Schedule:

On-Call/PRN; as needed, 7:00p-7:00a or 7:00a-7:00p
