Job summary

Regional West Health Services in Scottsbluff, NE seeks a Registered Nurse House Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and care coordination. You will collaborate with units and external facilities to ensure smooth transfers and admissions and serve as a liaison for patients, families, and clinicians.

The role requires Nebraska RN licensure with BLS, and expects completion of ACLS/TNCC/NRP within 6 months and PALS within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Nebraska RN license with NE license within 60 days of hire.
• BLS certification required on hire; ACLS, TNCC, NRP within 6 months; PALS within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal units and external facilities for patient transfers and admissions.
• Act as liaison between patients, families and health professionals to ensure quality care.
• Escalate issues to senior administrator on call.
• Provide staff with instructions, guidance and support as needed.
