Regional West Health Services in Scottsbluff, NE is seeking a Registered Nurse House Supervisor to oversee patient transfers and admissions, and to act as a liaison among patients, families, and health professionals to ensure quality care.

The role requires an Nebraska RN license (within 60 days of hire) and BLS; ACLS, TNCC, NRP and PALS are expected within specified timeframes. BSN is preferred and a conditional offer may follow background checks.

As an RWHS House Supervisor, you will:

• Work with internal units and external facilities to ensure appropriate patient transfers and admissions are achieved
• Act as a liaison between patients, family members, and health professionals to ensure quality care when needed
• Take issues of concern to senior administrator on call
• Provide staff with instructions, advice and guidance when needed

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License; must have NE license within 60 days of hire
• American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
• ACLS, TNCC, and NRP within 6 months of hire
• PALS within one year of hire
