Endeavor Health is seeking a per diem RN House Operations Administrator in Evanston, IL. The HOA serves as the highest-level clinical and operational leader on duty, overseeing hospital-wide clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response.

You will interpret policies, direct staff, and make real-time decisions to ensure continuity of safe patient care across units. The role requires BSN, IL RN license, CPR, ACLS (within 90 days), and 3+ years of nursing with

Formación

• BSN required in nursing.
• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Illinois.
• Current CPR Certification (AHA).
• Current ACLS Certification (or within 90 days of hire).
• Minimum of three years nursing experience with leadership roles.
• Experience in critical care or high-acuity setting preferred.

Responsabilidades
