Endeavor Health is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator in Evanston, IL. The HOA leads clinical operations and hospital-wide patient flow during shifts, guiding staff, safety, and emergencies.

Required BSN with IL RN license, CPR, ACLS, and at least three years of nursing experience including leadership; CCU/high-acuity experience preferred. Per diem hours and varied shifts apply.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Illinois; CPR & ACLS certifications current.
• Minimum of three years progressive nursing experience, with at least two years in leadership; critical care/high-acuity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response during shift.
• Provide real-time decisions, direct clinical activity, and allocate resources to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities and maintain situational awareness of capacity and needs.
