Endeavor Health is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator in Evanston, IL. The HOA leads clinical and operational activities during shifts, assuring safe patient care and smooth operations across units.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN, IL RN license, CPR and ACLS, with at least 3 years nursing experience and 2 in leadership; critical care exposure is preferred. Per diem shifts cover varied hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MS preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Illinois.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of three years of progressive nursing experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience in critical care or high-acuity settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest-level clinical and operational leader on duty during assigned shift.
• Oversee hospital-wide clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response.
• Interpret and enforce policies, direct staff, allocate resources, and make real-time decisions for safe, high-quality care.
• Act as central decision-maker for real-time operations and capacity management.
