Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL, seeks a Per Diem Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator to lead on a shift, oversee clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety and emergency response.

Requires BSN, IL RN license, CPR and ACLS, 3 years nursing with 2 in leadership; shifts vary 0700-1930, 1500-2330, 1500-1930 and occasional weekend coverage. Per diem schedule 32-72 hrs per 6-week cycle.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Illinois.
• CPR Certification; ACLS required or within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years nursing with 2 in leadership; critical care/ high-acuity preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-duty clinical and operational leader during shift.
• Oversee hospital-wide clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety.
• Make real-time decisions, allocate resources, enforce policies.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activity and support frontline staff.
