Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator to lead on-duty clinical operations and ensure safe, high-quality care across units. You will oversee patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response, exercising independent judgment and directing actions when senior leadership is not on site.

Requires a BSN, IL RN license, CPR, ACLS (or within 90 days), and 3+ years of nursing with leadership experience; MS preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Current, unrestricted IL RN license; CPR and ACLS certifications; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-duty clinical and operational leader, directing care and resources.
• Oversee hospital-wide clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response.
• Interpret and enforce policies, provide team direction, and make real-time decisions to ensure safe, high-quality care.
