Endeavor Health is seeking a Per Diem RN House Operations Administrator in Evanston, IL. You will serve as the highest-level clinical and operational leader on duty, overseeing clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response.

You will exercise independent judgment, direct staff, and allocate resources to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across units. This role demands strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making under variable conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Illinois; CPR and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as highest-level clinical and operational leader on duty.
• Oversee hospital-wide clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response.
• Interpret and enforce policies, direct clinical activity, allocate resources, and make real-time decisions for safe patient care.
