Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license is required.
• At least 1 year of healthcare sales/liaison experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Hospice/palliative care marketing or liaison experience preferred.
• Established Boston/South Shore hospital and referral-source contacts preferred.
• Strong local market knowledge and proven performance are must-haves.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Educate referral sources, patients and families on hospice care, eligibility, services and transition planning.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through ongoing field activity.
• Work with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
• Establish and expand relationships with diverse healthcare referral sources.
