Job summary

Continuum Hospice is seeking a self-motivated Hospice RN Clinical Liaison to expand hospital and medical facility outreach in the Boston area and South Shore. You will build relationships with referral sources, provide education on hospice services, and drive census growth while delivering patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with a nursing background, and has healthcare sales/marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Current unencumbered Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• 1–2 years of hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with hospital and medical facility referrals.
• Promote hospice services through regular visits to providers and facilities.
• Enhance census by developing referral sources and partnerships.
• Conduct initial patient/family meetings to explain hospice care and obtain consents.
