Job summary

Ethos is seeking a dedicated RN Hospice Clinical Liaison in Weymouth, MA to build and nurture referral relationships within the local healthcare system. The role leverages clinical nursing skills to educate referral sources, patients and families about hospice eligibility, services and transitions into care.

Ideal candidates have a current RN license and healthcare sales or liaison experience. Strong local market contacts and a proven track record in hospice or palliative care marketing are

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum one year of healthcare sales, marketing or liaison experience required; two or more years preferred.
• Hospice and/or palliative care marketing or liaison experience strongly preferred.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Use clinical knowledge to educate referral sources, patients and families on hospice care, eligibility, services and transition planning.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside field activity.
• Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license required.
• Hospice and/or Home Health clinical liaison, hospice admissions, healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year of healthcare sales, marketing or liaison experience required; two or more years preferred.
• Hospice and/or palliative care marketing or liaison experience strongly preferred.
• Established Boston / South Shore hospital, facility and referral-source contacts strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse healthcare referral sources.
