Job summary

Ethos is seeking an RN Hospice Clinical Liaison to develop and expand referral relationships across the Boston market. You will educate referral sources, patients and families about hospice eligibility, services and transition planning while collaborating with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions into care.

Applicants must hold a current, unencumbered RN license and have healthcare sales or liaison experience; two+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• Hospice and/or Home Health clinical liaison, hospice admissions, healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year of healthcare sales, marketing or liaison experience; two or more years preferred.
• Hospice and/or palliative care marketing or liaison experience strongly preferred.
• Established Boston / South Shore hospital, facility and referral-source contacts strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse healthcare referral sources.
