Job summary

Chapters Health System is seeking an experienced Admissions Team Manager to oversee intake and referral processing in a hospice setting. The role leads RN staff, provides mentorship, and ensures timely admissions while aligning with regulatory and organizational standards.

The manager will collaborate with Regional Directors, monitor KPIs, and support clinical escalation when needed, with a focus on quality, compliance, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years RN nursing experience in medical/surgical, acute care, ICU, ER, oncology, home health or hospice.
• Minimum of 3 years hospice nursing experience and 1 year of management experience.
• Licensed RN in DC, MD, or VA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Admissions Team intake and referral processing.
• Provide feedback, mentoring and education to staff.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to meet KPIs and improve admission timelines.
