Job summary

Magenta Care LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in the home setting. You will travel to clients within a one‑to‑two hour radius and coordinate care with physicians and the clinical team.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient advocacy, and strict adherence to privacy and safety standards. You will educate patients and families on infusion therapy, monitor responses, and document changes promptly.

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN license (or Multistate/Compact)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion/ER/ICU)
• Excellent IV insertion skills
• CPR and BLS certification
• Valid AZ driver’s license with proof of insurability
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope and develop/ evaluate a plan of care with patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive plan of care.
• Facilitate start of care and admission processes; advocate for patient rights, safety and preferences.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

The primary location for this position will be in Tempe, AZ, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Tempe to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act. Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process. Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family. Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld. Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician. Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures. Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid AZ Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Arizona Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation.
