Magenta Care LLC in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in patients' homes. You will travel up to one to two hours outside Flagstaff to serve our clients, maintaining privacy and dignity while collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, active care planning, patient education on infusion therapy, and timely communication of changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ RN license or Multistate Compact RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• Arizona driver’s license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, involving patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Facilitate start of care through admission process.
• Advocate for patient rights, preferences, and safety.
• Document and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team.
• Deliver home health nursing care following established standards and agency policies.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management and self-care.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

The primary location for this position will be in Flagstaff, AZ, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Flagstaff to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid AZ Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Arizona Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation
