Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Home Infusion RN to deliver high-quality patient care in clients’ homes around Meridian, ID. The role requires travel within a 1–2 hour radius and a strong focus on privacy and dignity.

You will assess and manage patient care, collaborate with physicians, and educate patients and families on infusion therapy and safety practices. Excellent communication and compassionate care are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Idaho or compact multistate license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in infusion, ER, or ICU.
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• Valid Idaho driver’s license with reliable transportation.

• Provide direct patient care in home infusion setting within RN scope of practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with patient and family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to customize the care plan.
• Facilitate start of care and admission processes for new patients.

• Document changes in patient condition and communicate promptly to the team.

Jobbeschreibung

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

The primary location for this position will be in Meridian, ID, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Meridian to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid ID Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Idaho Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation
