Job summary

Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Home Infusion RN to deliver high-quality patient care in the Scottsdale, AZ area. The role requires traveling to serve clients within a 1–2 hour radius and coordinating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will educate patients on infusion therapy, monitor responses, and advocate for patient safety. A valid AZ RN license and 1 year infusion/ER/ICU experience are essential.

Qualifications

• AZ RN license (or Multistate RN license) is required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Infusion, ER, or ICU.
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and BLS certification.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation to travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Facilitate start of care through admission process.
• Advocate for patient rights, preferences and safety.
• Document changes in patient condition promptly to team and physician.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management and self-care.

The primary location for this position will be in Scottsdale, AZ, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Scottsdale to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act. Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process. Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family. Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld. Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician. Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures. Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid AZ Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Arizona Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation.
