Job summary

Magenta Care LLC seeks a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver compassionate patient care in the Twin Falls, ID area. You will assess patients, administer infusions, monitor for adverse reactions, and educate families in self-care and safety.

Travel to client homes within a 1–2 hour radius is required; current Idaho RN license with compact licensure, BLS/CPR, and IV skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license (ID or Compact)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in infusion, ER, or ICU
• Excellent IV insertion skills
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR and BLS certification
• Idaho driver’s license with insurability and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care with patient and family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate to uphold rights, preferences and safety.
• Document and communicate changes in condition promptly to the team and physician.
• Deliver nursing care to home health patients per established standards and policies.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management and self-care practices.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The primary location for this position will be in Twin Falls, ID, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Twin Falls to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices.

Requirements

• Valid ID Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Idaho Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation.
