Job summary

Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to provide high-quality patient care across the Tri-Cities area (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) in Washington. Role requires travel up to 1–2 hours outside Tri-Cities to serve clients.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, care planning with families, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Requires WA RN license/Compact, IV skills, BLS/CPR, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license or Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in infusion, ER, or ICU.
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid WA driver's license and proof of insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope.
• Assess, diagnose nursing needs, plan and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care.
• Facilitate start of care through admission process.
• Act as patient advocate to uphold rights, preferences and safety.
• Document and communicate changes in patient condition to team and physicians.
• Provide home health nursing adhering to standards of care and agency policies.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management and self-care.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

The primary location for this position will be in Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland), Washington, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid WA Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Washington state Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation
