Magenta Care LLC seeks a dedicated Home Infusion RN to provide compassionate nursing care in patients' homes around Seattle, WA. This requires travel up to 1–2 hours outside Seattle to serve clients while ensuring privacy and dignity in every interaction.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, collaboration with physicians, admission facilitation, and ongoing patient/family education on infusion therapy and self-management.

Formación

• WA RN license valid or Multistate (Compact).
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion/ER/ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to develop care plans.
• Facilitate start of care through admission process.
• Advocate for patient rights, preferences and safety.
• Communicate changes in condition promptly to team and physician.
• Deliver home health nursing following standards and policies.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy and self-care.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The primary location for this position will be in Seattle, Washington, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Seattle to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid WA Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation
