Magenta Care LLC in Bellevue/Redmond, WA is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to join our patient‑centered team. You will provide direct nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with physicians, and educate families about infusion therapies.

Requirements include WA RN license (or Compact), 1 year infusion/ER/ICU experience, BLS/CPR, IV skills, and a valid WA driver’s license with reliable transportation. Travel to clients up to 1–2 hours from Bellevue/Redmond is required.

Primary location

The primary location for this position will be in Bellevue / Redmond, Washington, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Bellevue / Redmond to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid WA Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Washington state Driver's license with proof of insurability.
• Reliable transportation
