RN Health Care Facility Surveyor - New Mexico (#1168)

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to work with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company in a remote environment supporting clients nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys for various healthcare facilities to assess compliance with federal regulations, including long-term care, hospitals, surgical centers, and more.
- Prepare for surveys through off-site research, facility tours, care observations, record reviews, and staff/family interviews.
- Evaluate healthcare quality, patient rights, and facility physical conditions.
- Communicate findings and deficiencies to facility staff and during exit conferences.
- Assess correction plans and conduct follow-up surveys.
- Assist with training and participate in work groups as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the SMQT.
- At least two years of recent surveyor experience in long-term care facilities.
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage survey processes independently.
- Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.
