Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking an RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to work with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. The role is remote with up to 75% travel. The Surveyor will participate in various surveys (re-certification, complaint investigation, etc.) for healthcare facilities nationwide, including long-term care, ambulatory surgical centers, hospitals, and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct on-site compliance surveys of healthcare facilities
• Prepare for surveys, including record review and staff interviews
• Assess quality of care, patient rights, and physical environment
• Communicate deficiencies and verify correction plans
• Follow-up on corrective actions
• Assist in training and work groups

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing SMQT
• At least 2 years of recent surveyor experience in long-term care facilities
• Current RN licensure
• Decision-making and independent prioritization skills
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
