Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a RN Health Care Facility Surveyor for a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. This role offers a technically engaging environment supporting clients nationwide. The position is 100% remote with up to 75% travel.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct on-site surveys of healthcare facilities to assess compliance with federal regulations.
2. Prepare for surveys through off-site research, facility tours, and record reviews.
3. Evaluate aspects of healthcare quality, patient rights, and facility conditions.
4. Communicate deficiencies to facility personnel and conduct exit conferences.
5. Determine acceptability of correction plans and conduct follow-up visits.
6. Assist with training and participate in work groups as needed.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in independent decision-making during surveys.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
